Client Case Study: New Copy For a New Direction

My dietitian client came to me because they were looking to narrow down their service offerings and wanted brand new website copy to reflect the new direction.

She wasn't 100% sure at this stage what she wanted her new messaging to look like so we took an in depth look at the main competition in her niche, which helped her to work out an area that she wanted to niche into alongside the one she already intended.

We decided on brand new copy for the home page and two focused services pages for her two main niches as a dietitian so that we could optimise for keywords, plus a partial reboot of the about page to help it speak more to her clients.

Because this was a big change in messaging, I created a skeleton draft so she could see what I planned to include on each page and we refined the messaging further during the revisions stage.
