💬 So, how does it work if we team up on your website, sales page or blog copy or strategy?

If you’ve been searching for a wellness or beauty copywriter or marketing strategist for your health & wellness business, and you’re ready to finally build a system that attracts more of the right people and converts them into clients — you’re in the right place.

Whether you’re looking for done-for-you health and wellness copywriting or expert support mapping out your marketing strategy as a wellness pro, here’s exactly what you can expect when we work together.

01. The Discovery Process

  • When you first reach out to me, I’ll collect information about your business and copy or strategy needs via my website enquiry form. This helps me know if we’re a good fit to work together and it can also save some time when our project begins.

  • If we’re a good fit, we’ll arrange a free discovery call to talk about your goals and needs, and I’ll give you an estimate of my services so you can see how your budget matches up. I’ll then send you a quote or proposal with confirmed costs and timelines. Payment plans are available on request.

  • 📅 I typically book projects 1–3 weeks in advance.

02. Onboarding & Getting To Know Your Business

  • In the onboarding phase, I’ll send you a contract and invoice for the first payment on the project. For some projects, I also send out questionnaires at this stage to give me more insight into your business, your goals and your audience so I can write the copy.

I’ll map out the messaging direction and other key details for you to sign off on before I get started on our project. This makes sure we’re on the same page before we kick off.

03. The Research & Strategy Phase (Strategy & Copy Projects)

Whether you work with me on strategy or strategy and copy, I go deep on research into your audience and your competitors so we can map out a message that’s aligned, intentional, and built to convert, regardless of whether I’m writing it for you or you’re writing it with my support.

Then it’s onto the strategy, which may take one of these forms:

📈 Strategic Copy Mapping

→ A copy outline tailored to your project and geared for high-intent leads (e.g. website, funnel, emails, social media content)
→ An audit and recommendations on structure, flow, and CTAs that convert
→ Suggestions for aligning your copy with your wider marketing goals

Even if I’m writing your copy, I’ll still do a copy outline so we can check we’re on the same page before I draft your copy.

🗣️ WhatsApp or Email Support

→ Optional voice or email support during the strategy only phase to bounce around ideas, untangle messaging blocks, or chat through positioning.

.

  • Now it’s time for me to work on your copy, if you’ve chosen the done for you copy option.

  • I work in Google Docs so you can expect me to share the draft doc through this when it’s ready for you to review. We can collaborate together inside the doc and I offer a minimum of 2 rounds of revisions in the project price..

04. The Writing Phase (For Copy Projects Only)

Other Questions You May Have

💭 What happens on a discovery call?

It’s a no-pressure chat where we look at what’s working in your marketing — and what’s not. You can ask anything about how I support clients as a wellness copywriter or marketing strategist, and I’ll share how I could help based on where you’re at and what you need.

If you’d like to move forward, I’ll send a custom proposal.

💭 When can you start on my project?

I usually book 1–3 weeks in advance, depending on the size of the project and the support you need (strategy, copy, or both). When you enquire, I’ll always let you know my next available start date — so you can plan ahead.

💭 I’ve tried funnels and email marketing before and it didn’t work. How is this different?

You’re not alone. Many of the wellness coaches and nutritionists I work with have already built a funnel or sent emails but their copy didn’t move people forward, or the strategy was missing altogether.

What I do is different: I help you attract high-intent leads, build belief, shift their mindset, and guide your audience toward a “yes” with the messaging and direction they need to get them there.

✨ If you’ve already put in the effort but aren’t seeing results, that’s a sign you’re ready for deeper messaging, not more tactics that won’t work either.

💭 Do you offer help with branding or design?

Not directly but I partner with experienced designers, brand strategists, and other referral partners, often ones who specialise in the health and wellness space. If you need extra support in these areas, I’ll happily introduce you to someone I trust.

💭 Will I be involved in the writing process?

Yes, especially at the start. Whether we’re working on your email funnel, website copy, or strategic messaging, I’ll ask questions, gather insight, and make sure your voice and values are woven throughout.

From there, I’ll do the heavy lifting but you’ll always have a say.

💭 What kinds of wellness businesses do you work with?

I work with:

  • Health coaches, nutritionists, and dietitians

  • Therapists, functional practitioners, and wellness educators

  • Anyone in the wellness space who wants strategic, aligned, high-converting copy without the hustle or hard sell

If your work helps people feel better in their bodies, minds, or lives, we’re probably a good fit.

You already know your work changes lives. Now it’s time for your marketing to reflect that and finally start bringing in the right clients.

If you’re ready for messaging and strategy that attracts action-takers (not just lurkers), tell me where you're at and I’ll show you how we can get you there.

“Despite liking and trusting you through your own social media I really had no idea what my copy would look like but when I read it though, it was as though you’d sat in on my workshops and conversations.

You articulated my passion, understanding and subsequent message that I was waiting to share with potential new customers.” - Victoria
