Here’s what to expect now that we’re going to work together on your marketing
This is a question I’m always asked by potential clients so I’ve broken what you need to know here!
I deliver in Google Docs - for done for you copy and strategy work.
This gives us a chance to communicate within the document so we can add feedback, comments etc in one place and streamline where we’re at.
What I need from you
Depending on the project, I may ask you to complete a background form about your business, goals etc to help me with your project.
I’ll also send an invoice for the deposit to book your project into the copy calendar and often an agreement for you to sign/
If I need anything else eg files or links, I’ll collect those via background forms or via email.
Once the project begins, your next input is usually in the revisions phase once I’ve sent you the draft copy or draft strategy.
Payments/Invoicing
If you didn’t pay for your project upfront, you can expect invoices for the balance, usually monthly if we’ve agreed a payment plan to cover several months.
Payment terms are 7 days after the invoice is issued (and late payment fees will apply beyond this).
Project Management
The two main tools I use with clients are:
📈 Google Docs
→ Documents are delivered in Google docs for collaboration.
🗣️Moxie
→ Most background forms, invoices and agreements are sent via Moxie, my CRM system.
→ Depending on the project, I may also assign tasks to you via Moxie to let you know when your approval is needed on project plans or it’s time for you to review draft copy or strategy.
→ You don’t need to have Moxie yourself.
